DERAPAGE - STEALTH

STEALTH by DERAPAGE APPROPRIATES SNEAKY AIRCRAFT ANTI-RADAR TECHNOLOGY

The new eyewear family in the DERAPAGE collection is a passing tribute to engineering ingenuity of the kind that makes planes invisible to radar, sound and sight. In its technological research Stealth is a chip off the old block for the wholly “made in Italy” brand famous for its sophisticated designs and innovations to the structure that holds the ophthalmic lens.

Stealth is as linear in its looks as it is technical in its flawless actualisation. The frame front is fashioned from a single shell (or monocoque) made from one sheet of chemically cut steel. This forms both the outer frame - the main profile onto which temples and nosepads are fastened - and the inner ring that holds the lens “suspended”.

Stealth’s technical upgrade brings greater eye comfort and looks good on the face even for wearers of high-correction lenses.

The seven shapes each have three colour variants; there are twin-tones and a brand-new roughened effect which makes surfaces more opaque.
