The new # Prodesigndenmark 4th Dimension 4717-19 is a collection of colorful sanded acetate frames based on a unique new way of handling the acetate material.
To make a product, with less material consumption, this project was hatched from the original idea of using cut outs from front production, chopping them up into bits and pieces and mixing them all together again, and then reuse them for temples.

The fronts have rivets as a retro reference, and they are all kept in calm sanded solid colors that complement the multicolor temples.

Its all about the material, this is a really good example of Italian acetate, when the craftsmanship is in focus. Enjoy the 3-dimensional depth of the material, and enjoy the mix between the classic natural tones and the vivid transparent colors.
We have made a lamination at the middle of the temple, to match the beautiful block acetate material of the front, with clean sharp tones of extruded acetate on the tips.

The shapes are kept classic to make this a fantastic high volume product.

We are proud to introduce a new highly innovative and integrated rim lock with great functionality and a very discreet look.
The new rimlock is patented with exclusivity for #ProDesign
The thin front and the feather light temples make these frames extremely lightweight and comfortable.
The colors are made with focus on highly commercial tones with complimenting backside colors. On the end piece, the backside color is also revealed as a colored ring around the metal hook, thus drawing attention to the hinge.

The sanded #acetate end tip is matching the front color.
The collection comes in 3 female and 2 male shapes in 3 to 5 colors.

 In an old bathhouse in Paris, Hermes now has their flagship store. And a beautiful wooden staircase leads you into the old Art Deco room. Wooden lines flow beautifully from one level to the next, transforming something ridged and stiff into a soft and tactile sculpture. In the same way our latest Iris model transforms a ridged material into a light and delicate metal frame, with lines flowing and giving depth to the feminine frame.

This is an acetate collection that takes inspiration in dimmed earth tones. The collection is characterized by the galvanic details in the front as well as the temples. To obtain a matte finish that emphasizes the dusty color palette, the acetate is sanded.

Inspired by….. well no need to tell.! The watch link is probably the most well-known masculine luxury accessory, and you always have to be extremely careful to include such element in eyewear, but the execution of this temple element is on such a high level that we really get away with it. At ProDesign, and especially in the Axiom collection, we are always looking to present new technologies and materials, and this time we are proud to introduce the material TROGAMID® CX for the first time on a ProDesign collection.

It is a new plastic material that is very similar to NXT. #prodesigndenmark

-          strong durability and flexibility

-          light weight frames that offer great comfort

-          frames as thin as 2.6mm

-          custom made colors

The colors are bright and exiting combined with more toned down formal colors.
The fresh colors are kept shiny, whereas the formal colors are sanded for a more exclusive look.

The endtips are made in acetate in colors matching the front, which makes them easy to adjust.

We are introducing 4 shapes in 3 to 5 colors. 2 female shapes, 1 unisex and 1 male shape.
All frames are suitable for progressive lenses.

This time we have used the innovative hinge from the 6118-27 series on aluminum fronts, a functional hinge in a new aesthetic surrounding.

The benefits are obvious - not only is the glazing made easy and elegant, the anodized colors are also a fresh acquaintance. Anodized aluminum has proven to have an extremely strong surface.

The overall appearance is young and fresh.

Especially the female colors - Red, turquoise, purple and pink are guaranteed to catch the eye of the customer.

The male colors are more subdued, but the shapes are very contemporary with an edge.

The adjustable temples are kept raw and sanded, while the silicone endtips are matched with the front colors.

The collection comes in 6 shapes in 2 to 4 colors each.

All shapes are suitable for progressive lenses.
